Class combines elements of contemporary, modern dance and improvisation. The dancers are encouraged to explore their range of motion, flow and an ability of partially disconnecting from the learned material and adding their personal comments or ways to it.


We start with either a warm-up on the floor or guided improvisation and move on to set exercises on the floor which can also be acrobatic moves meant to increase muscle strength and suppleness of movement.


Class continues with a movement sequence to be danced with the group or used as material for improvisation.
